Returns & Refunds

At Gipson Upholstery Supply, we appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchases. We understand that returns are sometimes necessary, and our goal is to handle them fairly and efficiently while maintaining the quality of the products we provide.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Period: Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 calendar days of the original purchase or delivery date.
Return Authorization Required: Please contact Gipson Upholstery Supply before returning any merchandise. All returns must be approved in advance.
Original Condition: Returned merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, when applicable.
Restocking Fee: Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Proof of Purchase: An original receipt, invoice number, or other proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Merchandise

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are generally not eligible for return:

Fabric, vinyl, carpet, or other materials cut to a customer's requested length.
Custom-cut foam, special-order materials, and custom-manufactured products.
Opened or used paints, adhesives, coatings, and chemical products.
Clearance, discontinued, or final-sale merchandise.
Products that have been installed, altered, damaged, or used.

Exceptions may be considered at Gipson Upholstery Supply's discretion.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us promptly after discovering the issue. We will review the circumstances and work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement, credit, or refund. Approved claims involving merchandise supplied incorrectly by Gipson Upholstery Supply will not be subject to a restocking fee.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping arrangements and expenses unless the return results from an error made by Gipson Upholstery Supply or another arrangement has been approved. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Merchandise should be packaged securely to prevent damage during transportation.

Refunds & Store Credits

Once returned merchandise has been received and inspected, approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method when possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Store credit may be offered when appropriate. Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the return is due to an error by Gipson Upholstery Supply.

Before returning merchandise, please contact us with your name, invoice number, item description, and reason for the return.
